Learning Design Manager
As a Learning Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience for students around the world. Our mission is to provide equal opportunities for every student to achieve academic excellence, and we need talented individuals like you to help us make it happen.
We are working towards an ambitious goal of providing 1 billion students with access to high-quality education by 2050. To achieve this, we need experts who can transform written assessments and exams into engaging learning activities. You will work closely with our Head of Learning to:
* Curate Learning Assets: Manage the assignment template gallery, continuously building, maintaining and upgrading our learning assets.
* Evaluate Assessment Designs: Review assessment and exam designs to ensure they meet our learning quality standards.
* Analyse Data: Analyse assessment and exam data to support short, mid and long-term assessment design work.
* Delight Educators and Students: Develop fun, creative and inspiring approaches to learning that delight our educators and students.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching or equivalent field of study.
* 5+ years experience working in the Education, Teaching, Academic Research or Education-Technology sector at a global provider.
* Excellent spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly.
* Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative research skills and outstanding attention to detail.
* Deep expertise in learning, academia, learning design and teaching technology.
* The ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent.
