Our DTL in Windsor will be running our thriving Craft/ Party Department, leading an ecom hub store environment with massive profit share potential.
With a store team size of +50 and working in conjunction with the Store Manager, you'll also be responsible for:
* Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
* Monitoring daily stock recovery in your department
* Achieving sales growth and meeting department KPI targets
* Building your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Leading by example in all areas
* Managing high-volume stock
* Executing department visual merchandising and standards
* Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
* Implementing stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit

The Ideal Candidate
* Strong retail leadership experience preferred
* Visual merchandising experience
* Physically capable of working large volumes of stock and setting the pace
* Having an owner's mindset for your department
* A passionate attitude that inspires your team
* A resilient & innovative problem solver
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT competency
* First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
