* Supporting customers with daily living activities such as personal care and mobility.
* Encouraging independence and skill development.
* Helping people get out into the community and participate in activities they enjoy.
* Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person‐centred support.
* Advocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people we support.
