**About the role**:
Jupiter Health Singleton is recruiting for Practice Manager to complement and work alongside the Director and Regional Manager.
What You'll Do
People
- Develop and maintain patient-focused, caring environment
- Support of our GPs
- Monitors daily staffing activities and patients' access to care.
- Secures a professionalism environment among the medical office personnel.
- Ensures the completion of Goals (e.g., Annual, Mid-year, Quarter).
- Pushes a highly motivated performances in Operations (e.g., Quantity and Quality of Equipment) and Supply Management (e.g., Quantity and Quality of Medical Supplies).
- Provides a regular support to the team and feedbacks for low and high performing staff for appropriate recognition and constructive evaluation.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising administrative staff.
Compliance
- We are accredited with QPA
- Ensure all practice management staff are aware of, trained in and adhere to local instructions.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable environmental and regulatory policies and procedures for medical office operations, including quality and safety related tasks.
- Fosters and enforces Jupiter Health Services Code of Conduct and ensures internal policies and procedures are followed; implements policies,
- Medicare Billings
- WIP,PIP
Patient Care
- Monitors available staff and "staff leave" to ensure the patient care is catered.
- Ensures high quality of services from all medical personnel for patient's satisfaction.
- Responds timely to patient's concerns and requests of information.
- Regularly reviews data and develops action plans to address areas for improvement
- Organizing patient records.
Management through Information
- Supervises all non-provider staff within the office.
- Collaborates with the team to ensure the practice runs effectively and meets objectives.
- Conducts efficient and effective meetings with staff to keep them updated and informed of Apsley Medical Centre policies and procedures.
- Ability to extract, analyse, draw conclusions and report on relevant clinical performance (incident management, waiting times, adherence to protocols etc.) using data.
- Ensures staff is professionally trained and in collaboration with the provider(s), identifies the need for additional skills training for all associates. Additionally, ensures all medical office staff is trained in emergency procedures.
- Adheres to the Apsley Medical Centre performance management cycle to evaluate and actively manage associate performance. Actively encourages associate growth and development
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the medical field.
- Best Practice Software experience beneficial.
