Position Summary:
· Identify and secure new group & catering opportunities
· Work with other operational disciplines to secure conferences, meetings and events
· Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements,
· Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion and welcoming our experienced travelers
· Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by being passionate, forward and inviting through each customer experience
· Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
· Act as a Courtyard by Marriott Hotel ambassador and promote awareness on the hotel
About You:
· Relevant experience in a similar role
· Working rights in Australia
