Junior School Administration Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional administrative assistance to the head of junior school and teaching staff.
* Manage student attendance records, reporting processes, and parent communications efficiently.
* Assist with event organisation, meetings, and catering arrangements.
* Maintain accurate student data and documentation in a secure database system.
* Administer basic first aid and manage student medication as required.
* Support out-of-school-hours care administration and liaise with families.
* Evaluate schools' philosophies and policies to provide positive and consistent interactions with students, parents, and visitors at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate III in Administration or Business (or equivalent experience).
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Valid Working with Children Check (blue card).
* Strong organisational skills and data entry abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
