Stage 1: Associate
•Objective: Learn the playbook. Master the fundamentals of our sales process, internalise our standards, and prove you have the discipline to succeed. This is your entry into the team & everyone starts here.
Stage 2: Account Executive
•Objective: Execute with precision. Consistently exceed your quota, conduct flawless consultative calls, and become a trusted advisor to our clients. This is where you forge your reputation.
Stage 3: Senior Account Executive
•Objective: Elevate the standard. You will not only be a top performer but also a mentor to Associates. Your expertise will help refine our sales process, and you will take on our most strategic accounts.
Stage 4: Team Lead
•Objective: Build a winning team. You will be responsible for the performance, development, and accountability of a team of Account Executives. Your success is their success.
Stage 5: Sales Director
•Objective: Shape the future. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the strategic direction of the sales organisation, expand our market presence, and cultivate a culture of elite performance.
