Company
Our client is an European renewable energy IPP that provides full turnkey solutions to Commercial and Industrial clients across Australia.
Primary Objective
Fosters strong customer relationships, ensures seamless onboarding, and enhances satisfaction through efficient support and aligned service delivery in establishing and growing a range of ancillary market offer revenue streams being:
* Embedded Networks
* Demand Planning
* BESS
* EV Charging
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee smooth customer onboarding, account setup, and service activation.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
* Provide guidance on tariffs, billing, and services, and resolve support issues.
* Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely meter connections.
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement customer service initiatives.
* Manage onboarding and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
* Drive continuous improvement in customer processes and experiences.
Key Success Factors
* Safety & Compliance: Achieve a zero-accident workplace and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Drive customer satisfaction through repeat business and positive survey feedback.
* Revenue & Profit Targets: Meet or exceed revenue recognition and gross profit targets.
Project Management Responsibilities
* Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and safety risks.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project success.
* Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, cost control, and contract management.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and other teams for successful project delivery.
* Innovation:Advocate for the use of new construction techniques and technologies to improve efficiency.
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Expertise in developing and executing project plans that align with company goals.
* Risk Management:Skilled at identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost control, and maximizing project profitability.
* Quality Control: Knowledge of industry best practices and quality standards.
* Safety Leadership: Proven ability to enforce safety protocols across projects.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to foster teamwork and align efforts across departments.
* Customer Management: Focus on exceeding customer expectations through excellent project delivery.
