Looking for a highly motivated Payroll & Contracts Administrator.
You will be the go-to expert ensuring every team member across our multi-site radiology group is paid correctly, on time, and in line with their contracts.
Based at our Liverpool HQ, you will:
Manage end-to-end payroll for clinical and non-clinical staff, including on-boarding, timesheets, allowances, leave and off-boarding
Prepare and maintain employment contracts and ensure all details are correctly reflected in HR and payroll systems.
Work across systems such as Employment Hero, TANDA and accounting software to ensure clean data flows and accurate integrations.
Produce regular reports on payroll costs, labour hours, overtime and leave balances, helping Finance and Management understand workforce trends.
Liaise with Accounts to reconcile payroll with the general ledger and support cash flow planning, and respond promptly to staff and manager queries.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Have 3+ years' payroll experience (healthcare or multi-site is a bonus).
Are confident with Excel (lookups, pivots) and comfortable working across multiple systems.
Have strong attention to detail, love getting things "right first time" and can juggle deadlines without dropping the ball.
