Job Description
About the Role
Builders Academy Australia is looking for passionate, qualified and experienced Facilitators with expertise in Plumbing and Services to deliver the CERT IV Plumbing and Services (CPC*****) to our students.
Work Up to 10.5 hours per week (2 days).
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and Assessment of the CPC***** Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services
Reviewing, Validating, Moderating and Improving of training resources and assessment materials for the course
Consulting with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs
Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
5 or more years' experience working in Plumbing and Services Industry
CPC***** Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services or equivalent qualifications
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Current unrestricted Driver's License
Demonstrated ability in high level communication, negotiation and consultation skills
Experience in providing high level advice/guidance on a range of complex matters
Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
