Your new role
As an Entry Level Insurance Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Processing property claims
* Dealing with valuation reports and following up on the property claim submission
* Carrying out follow-ups with clients & customers both on the phone and via email
* Providing a final recommendation on the claim decision, regarding the approval or decline of the property claim
* Answering general enquiries concerning property claims and providing product guidance
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be:
* Interested within the Insurance sector, looking to build a long-term career
* A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
* Someone who is interested in learning and creating a career
* A candidate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Skilled in computer literacy - MS Work & Excel literate
