The Role
We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our team. This role is a vital contributor to the smooth delivery of construction projects across the Lands. Working closely with the construction team, you will coordinate quotations, materials, and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and issue accurate client quotations, tenders, and variations.
* Source and specify construction materials, obtaining supplier quotes.
* Conduct quantity take-offs and reconcile design/specification requirements.
* Enter and manage job orders in the project management system.
* Maintain project correspondence and administration records.
* Assist with invoicing and cost tracking for completed works.
