About the Opportunity As a Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll design, develop, and continuously improve learning solutions that build capability across ASC. Responsibilities Design & develop L&D initiatives Conduct training needs analysis and recommend fit‑for‑purpose learning solutions. Facilitate leadership, team, and employee development programs. Support onboarding, induction, coaching, mentoring, and early careers learning programs. Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across multiple sites. Coordinate training delivery, evaluate effectiveness, and manage learning data and systems. Apply contemporary learning practices to improve capability and performance outcomes. About You Qualification in Training and Assessment Demonstrated experience in learning and development within a complex or technical environment. Strong facilitation and program design capability, with a practical, delivery focused approach. Ability to engage credibly with senior leaders and operational teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills. Experience using learning systems and interpreting data to improve outcomes. A collaborative mindset and a strong customer focus. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
