Key Responsibilities
* Managing WorkCover, PIPA, and motor vehicle accident claims from start to finish
* Providing expert legal advice to clients and representing their best interests.
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and compulsory conferences.
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of legal professionals to deliver exceptional results for clients
What We Are Looking For
* Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland
* Proven experience in personal injury law, particularly WorkCover, PIPA, and motor vehicle accidents
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
