You will facilitate and lead relationships with key internal partners, including Finance, Commercial, and Marketing, to drive alignment to the one number forecast.

* Coordinate and provide direction to the team for problem-solving and risk mitigation strategies.
* Self-direct and lead process improvement projects focused on developing more robust demand accuracy.
* Drive critical thinking and innovative process improvement not only within Australia but also showcasing best practice from our market at a global level.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner who can demonstrate a high level of stakeholder engagement and influence, with proven ability to engage and develop relationships. A natural curiosity and ability to spot opportunities for improvement, adapt quickly in the face of changing systems and processes, and advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
A relevant tertiary qualification and exposure to SAP are highly desirable.
