This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to join a high-performing, close-knit office in one of Sydney's most sought-after coastal locations. The Role
* Manage a well-maintained, high end portfolio of only 160 properties
* Office-based role focused on landlord and tenant care
* Handle NCAT matters when required
* No leasing, no routine inspections, and no accounts work – allowing you to focus on client relationships and portfolio performance
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in end-to-end portfolio management
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Confident communication skills and a professional approach
* Leadership qualities will be highly regarded for senior applicants
