The Role We are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Runaway Bay clinic on the Gold Coast in a full-time permanent capacity. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality care across clinic and community settings.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK and sports conditions
* Provide services to NDIS and Home Care / Aged Care clients
* Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
* Support paediatric patients (under 18) where required
* Empower patients through education and preventative care strategies
* Engage in mentoring and structured professional development

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the contribution you make.
Packages starting from $80,000 and scaling up to $120,000+, plus performance-based bonuses — so your earning potential grows with your results.

What You'll Bring
