**About the Role**
As a Zero Harm Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders over numerous sites covering projects and shutdowns. This dynamic role based in Kwinana will involve exposure to a mix of disciplines with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Work Health, Safety and Environment objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.
**About You**
- Previous experience in heavy industry sectors
- 5 years experience in a similar role as a minimum
- Previous recent experience on Shutdowns and / or Construction Projects
- Cert IV in WHS as a minimum
- Cert IV Trainer & Assessor certificate is desirable
- ICAM investigation skills and competency desirable
- An understanding and a working knowledge of WHS practices and current legislation
- Competent with Microsoft Office and other software packages
- Must have a white card
- Must have a WA drivers licence
