As an SMP Site Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting our managers and overseeing field staff. Your role will span quoting, estimating, and managing project schedules while ensuring safety compliance and efficient resource allocation—all while fostering a positive, safety-first work culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver optimal outcomes
* Develop and manage comprehensive schedules to guide project execution
* Partner with the Site/Operations Manager to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
* Monitor site activities and ensure material/equipment requirements are met
* Innovate and refine quoting systems, workflows, procedures, and policies
* Champion a strong safety culture across all projects
* Take full ownership of site activities, ensuring safety, mentoring team members, and improving efficiency
What We're Looking For
* Must have experience in leadership and team management, minimum 3+ years of experience is required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to pass LAB DAS
* Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Welder
* Section 44 or Stat 26 training (preferred)
* Valid White Card and Driver's Licence
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in reporting, scheduling, and time management
* Good experience using Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, PDF, OneNote, PowerPoint
* Familiarity with management systems and capacity to drive improvements
