Job description:
* Experience or a passion for menu creation.
* Work and operate a kitchen on your own during your shift
* Support breakfast, all-day dining, and/or light evening service depending on shift.
* Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
* Maintain the portioning food levels.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
* Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.
* Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
* Assist Head chef with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
* Regulating temperature for different cooking equipment(grill/oven).
Position-Full Time
Salary-$75,000-$80,000 (plus Super)
Experience-Minimum 2 years or more (in Cafe will be prefer)
Qualification-Cert 3 or higher in Commercial Cookery
Working Rights-Full Working rights (Pref will be given to Australian Citizens/PR)
