About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for growing profitable revenue by retaining and growing insurance and replacement industry business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take complete ownership and provide exceptional customer service to strategically important customers within the insurance and replacement segment.
* Prepare for and confidently take the lead in key account review meetings.
* Manage logistics, operational, reporting, and technology projects from end to end.
* Work collaboratively with internal departments and franchisees to ensure all customer key performance indicators are met.
* Maintain and improve the company's competitive position and profitability through business growth and development in assigned sales territory.
* Collaborate with the Regional Manager Sales to identify strategic initiatives to help differentiate Hertz and its brands within the segment.
* Plan and implement an annual Sales Plan for your assigned sales territory.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will ideally possess:
* A minimum 2 years' experience managing complex products/services, preferably in the motor insurance provider or leasing/fleet replacement industry.
* Exceptional analytical skills and tenacity to follow through on commitments.
* The ability to handle complexity and manage logistical projects from end to end.
* A strategic mind-set and self-confidence to present and liaise with various levels of management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as expertise in building strong relationships.
