**In this role, you'll**:
This role will see you providing high level technical advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software which includes a wide variety of users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely efficient manner.
You will provide excellent technical customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and providing advice on how to navigate these in a challenging high volume environment.
**Please note that this is a full-time role for a temporary period to 31 July 2025 and is office based in Newcastle 5 days pw.**
