The Opportunity
Take ownership of HSE across four concurrent GC projects in Palm Beach, including current and upcoming builds. You’ll work directly with Site Managers and Foremen to guide and train teams on best safety practices, without a “dictator” approach. Systems are established via Buildpass software, so you can focus on people, culture, and practical safety.

This is a well-established builder specialising in multi-residential developments across the Gold Coast. With a tight-knit team, culture, collaboration, and continuity are key. Projects are concentrated in Palm Beach and surrounding suburbs, meaning no travel to Brisbane, no long commutes, just a focus on your local sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading HSE across multiple GC sites simultaneously
* Integrating with site teams to guide, mentor, and train on safety practices
* Collaborating with Site Managers and Foremen to implement practical, hands-on safety solutions
* Monitoring and reporting on compliance using Buildpass software
