In this role you will create systems to sustain high quality delivery for children, young people and families (Leader of Leaders) in accordance with the and the and the CHQ. Your contribution will include:
Clinical Practice
* Provide advanced level, high quality clinical services within CHQ HHS in the management of chronic respiratory conditions, informed by evidence-based practice in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
* Ability to apply advanced level clinical expertise, specialised techniques and professional judgement to a complex caseload and provide clinical direction and advice to support evidence based clinical decision making and quality patient care by less experienced physiotherapists in regional and remote centres.
* Provide professional leadership in IROC services, including the development and implementation of a model of care that ensures state-wide, high standards of care and optimal clinical outcomes for First Nations patients.
* Participate in state-wide IROC and telehealth follow up with patients, families, First Nations community support workers and less experienced physiotherapists.
