What You’ll Be Doing Manage commercial projects from award through to completion Control programme, cost, procurement, and reporting Coordinate site teams, consultants, and subcontractors Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and commercially What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder Experience delivering projects valued up to $10M Strong organisational and communication skills Practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery Ability to manage projects independently and responsibly Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $150K–$170K Super Vehicle, depending on experience Manageable project sizes with realistic programmes Supportive leadership and short decision-making lines Genuine work–life balance Stable, long-term role with a growing Tier 3 contractor This is a solid opportunity for a Project Manager who wants control, balance, and job satisfaction —not just a bigger title.
