Event Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Specialist to provide operational support, manage equipment, and oversee lifeguard services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public safety, excellent organizational skills, and relevant SLSA Awards.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety of event staff and patrons by providing logistical support, managing equipment, and overseeing lifeguard teams.
This is a full-time position with flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options. The successful candidate will be passionate about public safety and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Support: Provide logistical support for events, including equipment management and transportation.
* Lifeguard Services: Oversee lifeguard teams, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to respond to emergencies.
* Equipment Management: Maintain and repair equipment, including rescue tubes, first aid kits, and other essential gear.
