About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team on a full‑time basis and provide vital support across our office operations located in Albury North. As the first point of contact for our clients and customers you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our office and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Working a Monday to Friday roster the successful applicant will gain exposure to a wide range of opportunities to grow their career in real estate guided by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team.


What you will be doing

* Answering phone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
* Maintaining a welcoming professional reception area
* Opening and closing the shopfront each day
* Assisting with Property Management administration tasks
* Conducting audits as instructed by management
* Assisting with uploading accounts payable for rental properties
* Conducting routine inspections when Property Management staff are absent
* Delivering and collecting post
* Greeting clients and customers who visit the office
* Tracking the collection and return of keys


What we are looking for

* A personable engaging individual with excellent communication and people skills
* Strong time management abilities and a keen eye for detail
* A desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
* Proficiency with computers and a professional phone manner
* A current driver's licence
