About the Role
Operating within theTransitionteam, the PASS Coordinator leads the planning, coordination and delivery of the Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) program across the Blacktown, North Sydney and Strathfield campuses.
The role involves close collaboration with faculties and student support services to identify target student cohorts, ensure effective delivery of PASS, and monitor and report on program outcomes.
Success is measured by enhanced student academic performance, strong student participation and positive feedback.
The Coordinator reports to the National PASS Team Leader and upholds the international accreditation standards of the PASS program.
Key Responsibilities
Guide student leaders and support first-year success through the PASS programme.
Mentor PASS leaders and support first-year students to make a lasting impact in an accredited peer-learning environment.
Coordinate PASS delivery at all NSW campuses, maintaining high engagement and program quality.
Identify target student cohorts and collaborate with faculty and student services to maximise participation.
Monitor and report on programme outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with accreditation standards.
Benefits
Total remuneration (pro rata) valued $112,625 – $120,977 pa, including salary component $95,170 – $102,227 pa.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary (pro rata).
Flexible work arrangements, study leave, generous leave provisions and salary packaging.
Part-time (0.4 FTE – 14 hours per week) with hybrid flexibility at NSW campuses.
