**The Role**
Our CSI Kwinana Workshop is growing rapidly and is seeking a scheduler to assist with the development and management of our projects.
The Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining schedules in line with current and forecast works to maximize operating profit.
You will be the key driver collaborating with multiple Department superintendents with developing medium term schedules to ensure scheduled works and repairs meet project requirements dates.
This position will report directly to the Workshop manager and be based at our Kwinana Workshop, joining a great team culture with strong career pathway opportunities.
**Key deliverables**
- Preparation, planning & implementation of multi department schedules.
- Assisting the Department superintendents with developing medium term schedules on a 1, 2 and 4-week plans.
- Providing communication channels, interface and coordination between maintenance team and operations
- Ensure scheduled works and repairs meet project requirements dates.
- Identify changes in scope of work and amend schedule as required.
- Liaise with key stake holders, internal and external and supply regular schedule updates.
- Provide Support to departments to ensure workflow is streamlined and minimise delays.
- Construct Gantt charts for works and assist in executing plans.
**What you'll bring to the team**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Shutdown/Maintenance Scheduling
- Prior experience in scheduling and estimating activities to establish workflow development plans with strong analytical skills
- Engineering and or relevant Trade Qualification is a high desirable
- Proficient experience with utlising a P6 Database is a high desirable
- Understanding with QAQC requirements for
- Experience with scheduling activities in a large multi discipline workshop or similar
- Able to plan multiple departmental activities for a complex, multi discipline workshop environment.
- A proactive approach with outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of scheduling practices and estimations.
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
