We're looking for high-energy, casual sales assistant with the ability to provide our loyal customers with outstanding service authentically and who can bring a positive vibe to the team.
As a Pilgrim Casual sales assistant you will;
* Recognise the role of the customer + your relationship with them
* Have a natural love + enthusiasm for fashion retail
* Be a passionate seller because of your love for our product
* Have exceptional customer service skills and integrity
* Have high standards of personal presentation
* Possess strong time management skills.
As the ideal Casual sales assistant, you may have;
* Some previous experience in fashion retail or hospitality
* Know how to achieve store sales targets + KPI's
* Have an eye for both personal and store styling
* A flair for creating
* Continuously challenge yourself to succeed
* Self-motivated and driven by achieving success
* Thrive in a dynamic team environment
* Flexible with your availability
* Be able to travel to other Myer Pilgrim locations
* Must be able to work Thursday Late night, Weekends & Mondays
