This isn't your typical reception role – you'll be working directly with the executive team in a brand-new office, serving as the go-to person who anticipates needs before they're voiced, keeps everything running seamlessly, and brings genuine warmth to every interaction.

Previous receptionists have progressed into Executive Assistant and Management positions, gaining incredible exposure across multiple businesses along the way.
What You'll Do
Be the welcoming face of the office – creating that all-important first impression with genuine hospitality and polish
Keep the front desk and shared spaces impeccably presented and running like clockwork
Support the executive team with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, data entry, calendar management, and mail coordination
Manage meeting room setup and logistics to professional standards
Assist visitors with everything from Wi-Fi access to meeting room directions
Oversee kitchen and office supplies, ensuring a comfortable, well-stocked workspace
Help coordinate internal events and meeting logistics
Be proactive – spot what needs doing and make it happen
