Based in leafy East Melbourne, this full‑time permanent role offers a hybrid working model and professional growth within both the Marketing and Client Services teams.
What you will do
As our Product Marketing Coordinator, you'll champion CDF's retail products, bringing them to life through engaging campaigns, compelling content and strategic promotion. In addition to this you will:
* Campaign Management & Execution: Deliver end-to-end digital and in-person marketing campaigns, tracking performance through data-driven reporting.
* Content Creation & Brand Management: Create engaging, on‑brand content across multiple formats and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing collateral.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and manage positive relationships with vendors and partners.
* Market Intelligence & Strategy Support: Conduct research to inform buyer personas, segmentation, and go‑to‑market strategies.
What you'll bring
* 2 – 3 years' experience in marketing, product marketing, or related communications roles
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
* Confidence using digital tools including CRM, CMS, social media and email platforms
* Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* A collaborative team mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
* Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
