The Role:
We're on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Stock Controller to join our team and manage warehouse and replenishment operations across Domestic & International terminals. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock replenishment
Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock flow to retail sites
Coach and lead a small team with a strong safety and service mindset
Drive a positive team culture and support continuous improvement
Maintain accurate reporting and use systems to manage stock levels
Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to meet business goals
Uphold high standards of stock control and WHS compliance
What We're Looking For:
Proven stock/inventory control experience in a retail or warehouse setting
Strong computer skills – especially with inventory systems & Excel
Confident leadership and people management skills
Clear and proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
Retail background and customer-focused mindset preferred
Physically fit – this is a hands-on role that includes manual handling
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
Relevant working rights in Australia & ability to obtain airport clearance
