About the role
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Agriculture business at Cannon Hill, Queensland. You will manage and optimise ammonia deliveries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and compliance with all legislative and company requirements. This role is critical to maintaining continuous supply to farms and supporting operational excellence.
The position is a 8/6 roster and will be required to attend the Cannon Hill office whilst on shift.
What you will be doing
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant Anhydrous Ammonia legislation and company standards.
* Communicating regularly with contracted linehaul providers to deliver best-practice customer service.
* Verifying farm safety data templates submitted by accredited resellers for compliance.
* Planning and optimising delivery schedules to maintain uninterrupted supply to farms.
* Monitoring daily requirements with farms (via phone or text) and adjust plans accordingly.
* Managing delivery dockets for carrier loading at Kooragang Island and Yarwun.
* Collaborating with team members to address breakdowns and schedule changes promptly.
What you will bring
* Previous experience in a customer facing/customer service environment is essential.
* Previous experience in a supply chain coordination role would be highly regarded.
* Previous agriculture experience would be highly regarded.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential to this role as you will be talking on the phone directly with farmers and contracted linehaul providers.
* Problem solving skills, coupled with attention to detail are essential.
* Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Excel, a working knowledge of SAP would be highly regarded.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a small, high-functioning team.
* Confidence, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
* Ability to make sound decisions and embrace feedback.
