OverviewWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Advantage team at Marsh.
We are open to consider candidates on any state of Australia.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Your role is to support Authorised Representatives and Advantage team members by focusing on client servicing activity, policy administration, renewal processing, endorsement handling, and other broking-related functions for general insurance placements.
This role will have defined portfolio responsibilities and will contribute to the growth and retention of profitable client portfolios.What you need to knowWe will count on you to:Provide timely support to Authorised Representatives and Advantage team members with client, insurer, and policy documentation.Assist in client service activities including client contact, portfolio administration, and liaising with underwriters and internal stakeholders.Monitor workflow tools and submit tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to SLA requirements.Collaborate with Marsh Client Operations to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business outcomes.Manage client debtors alongside team members to maintain control of accounts payable and minimize bad debts.What you need to haveMinimum 2 years of general insurance broking experience preferred.Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking)Must have at least Tier 1 Insurance Broking FSRA Compliance or QPIB status with NIBA or CIP equivalent status through ANZIIFStrong knowledge and application of insurance broking principles, insurance products and servicesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent interpersonal and presentation skillsWhat makes you stand outResults-focused with a track record of delivering quality and consistent outcomes.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Strong decision-making skills, able to analyze information and take appropriate action.Collaborative mindset, acting as a connector between colleagues, clients, and insurers.Initiative and independence in managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.Ability to delegate tasks effectively with clear instructions and deadlines.Why join our teamWe help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.About MarshMarsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world's top insurance broker and risk advisor.
