We are looking for a Senior Account Manager & Product Developer for one of our incredible clients. You will be managing one of our client's largest accounts, and take charge of the design/development journey.
You'll be the creative and operational link between the account, suppliers, and internal teams ensuring every collection is delivered beautifully, on time, and on brand.

In this role, you'll oversee the
end-to-end design and development process
- from initial concept sketches to final production. You'll lead client meetings to translate creative visions into actionable design plans, produce detailed illustrations, and guide the sample development process. You'll source and evaluate fabrics, trims, and materials that meet design intent, quality standards, and cost targets. You'll oversee and mentor a small team in this position.
About you:
You will ideally have experience in a Senior Account Manager position with design skills. You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, confident in fabric sourcing, and have a strong understanding of cost, performance, and aesthetics.
* Lead the entire design and product development lifecycle, from concept through to final production.
* Create detailed sketches and technical illustrations during client meetings to guide sample creation.
* Source, assess, and select fabrics, trims, and materials that meet quality, design, and cost objectives.
* Partner with the technical design and merchandising teams to align on seasonal ranges and key timelines.
* Translate client vision and brand identity into practical design and production strategies.
* Maintain strong client relationships through consistent updates, problem-solving, and proactive communication.
* Oversee the full order lifecycle from initial samples and approvals to final delivery.
* Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of all production steps.
* Track key milestones, deadlines, and approvals across the development and production process.
