An established and highly regarded allied health organisation is launching a new paediatric occupational therapy service and is seeking an experienced Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist to oversee its clinical direction and growth. You will play a key role in shaping the service model, clinical standards, and day-to-day operations, supported by the systems, resources, and stability of a well-established rehabilitation group. About the Role As Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality paediatric OT services. Working closely with senior management, you will contribute to service design, clinical governance, and team leadership while maintaining a hands-on clinical caseload.
