The IGroup are seeking casual staff to work our clients gardening and mowing teams maintaining horticultural assets for various clients across the Canberra Region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage grounds maintenance tasks using associated plant and equipment, including brush-cutting, hedging, blowing, weeding, zero turn mowers and tractors.
* Operate various mowing equipment, blowers and brush-cutters safely and efficiently.
* Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained and in safe working order.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
* Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to your supervisor.
* Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

What you need
· Skill in operating and maintaining mowing equipment safely and effectively.
· Experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred.
· A willingness to work outdoors as part of a team.
· A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
· A legal right to work in Australia.
· Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
· A current manual driver's licence, minimum LR, desirable
· National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
· Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
