About the Role
Step into a key safety role as our Emergency Services Officer. You'll lead emergency response, provide frontline medical care and keep our site prepared and compliant on an 8/6 roster. This is a hands‐on role where your skills genuinely make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead ERT members and support emergency response on site
* Maintain emergency plans, equipment and drills
* Run weekly ERT training and keep the team ready
* Provide medical and pre‐hospital care to site personnel
* Follow medical protocols and maintain medical equipment
* Conduct drug & alcohol testing and manage Fitness for Work processes
* Maintain medical drug registers and compliance records
* Submit weekly/monthly reporting
* Support incident debriefs and improvements
Skills & Experience
* Certificate IV in Health Care (or equivalent)
* Certificate III in Emergency Response & Rescue (incl. BG4)
* HLTPAT005 – Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
* 2 years' medical response experience in mining/resources
* C Class Driver's Licence

* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* HR Driver's Licence
* INX experience
