Job Overview
As a Back of House Manager, you will lead a team that is crucial to the store's success and play a pivotal role in delivering great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Priorities: Provide direction to the Back of House team around stock to floor and delivery processing
* Stock Management: Plan and manage stock deliveries, ensuring door to floor period of 24 hours is achieved
* Inventory Optimization: Ensure maximum stock availability through effective management of replenishment systems

* Loss Prevention: Assist with stock loss management and procedures
* Team Development: Provide direction, guidance and coaching to Back of House Team Members to encourage, improve and enhance performance
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Back of House Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team that is crucial to the store's success and play a pivotal role in delivering great customer experiences.
You will ensure there are smooth and efficient inventory management processes, including processing deliveries, managing stock movement, and minimising stock loss.
You will partner with the wider store management team to prioritise operations and activities, and be responsible for coaching and training your team in store loss prevention, inventory management, and stock movement policies and procedures.
