3D Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to join a hugely successful high-end fitout buisness who have a solid pipeline of work with a good stream of repeat clients- did I mention HIGH END?

THE ROLE & YOU
* Aminimum of 3 years' experiencein Site Manager or Foreman role
* MUST have delivered projects as a Site Manager or Foreman overseeing all trades
* Carpentry background preferable (though not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and motivate a team
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end fitouts/refurbishments, from start to finish.
* Previous experience delivering projects for blue chip end clients
* Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
* Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
