Air Conditioning Service Assistant / Field Support Officer

Tweed Heads, NSW
Full-time – Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to support our experienced team of tradesmen across a variety of tasks. This is a physically active and hands-on role suited to someone who's eager to learn and enjoys a bit of variety in their day.
While full training will be provided, any prior electrical or mechanical knowledge will be looked upon favourably.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform air conditioner cleaning and sanitisation (training provided)
* Dismantle new and existing air conditioning units and assist with corrosion treatment processes
* Assist tradesmen on job sites with installations, repairs, and servicing where required
* Pick up and deliver parts to suppliers and job sites using company vehicle
* Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including stock handling, tagging, and general upkeep
* Maintain tools and equipment used for servicing and warehouse support
* Other suitable tasks on an as needed basis

Skills & Experience:
* Manual driver's licence is essential
* Good physical fitness and willingness to work in a hands-on environment
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and keen to learn new skills
* Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and manage time effectively
* Desirable: Basic mechanical or electrical understanding (but not essential – we'll train the right person)
* Must be punctual, reliable, and take pride in the work being delivered
