**About the role
Temporary full time opportunity until 31st May 2026, to provide professional Executive Support and Leadership for the Executive Team in Cancer Care Services.
About you
Provide timely, proactive, confidential secretariat support including diary management, coordination of meeting materials, correspondence, room bookings and catering.
Allocate and coordinate Ministerial, Briefing Notes and complaints in line with established correspondence tracking systems and ensuring timely responses and reporting.
Prepare and distribute executive level meeting papers, including agendas, minutes and associated correspondence to the senior executive team and relevant health service representatives.
Understanding of medical Human Resource processes in the coordination of recruitment and selection, leave requests, rosters, occupancy reports, pay issues and award interpretation.
Work with a high degree of autonomy, initiative and judgement to resolve immediate problems, urgent requests, or issues. Redirect and respond to matters on behalf of the ED within defined boundaries
