Business Development Manager - Healthcare SaaS (ANZ)
Location: Hybrid (Brisbane or Melbourne) | Travel: ~40% across ANZ
About the role : Join a mission-driven team transforming healthcare through technology. We're seeking a strategic, high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand in the fast-evolving digital health space.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting to RFP/tender submission to close.
* Build and grow client relationships with healthcare providers, government, and industry partners.
* Drive revenue through new business acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Manage a data-driven pipeline via CRM and report on KPIs and market trends.
* Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and represent the company at industry events.
Skills and experience required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
* 5+ years in business development or enterprise sales, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
* Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles.
* Deep understanding of the ANZ healthcare ecosystem, compliance, and procurement processes.
* Strong communication, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.
