About this Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanic to undertake quality workmanship and ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing damaged suspension parts and mechanical components, dismantling and fitting new mechanical and suspension parts, and ensuring quality control and inspection of vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair damaged suspension and mechanical components.
* Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts.
* Ensure quality control and inspection of vehicles.
* Test drive vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standards.
* Perform wheel alignments and updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers as necessary.
* Label and store parts, checking for accuracy and damage.
* Perform adaptations based on completed diagnoses and maintain clean work bay and workshop areas.
