Sydney Building Management & Projects is seeking a dedicated permanent part-time Concierge to join our professional team at a residential tower in St Leonards.
St Leonards Location
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Hours: 20 hours per week (potential for additional shifts across the portfolio)
Salary: $27,500 per year + Superannuation
Accessibility: Located in a residential tower in St Leonards, close to the Metro station, with free on-site parking available.
About the Role
As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring residents and guests enjoy an exceptional experience. This position is based in a large residential complex, requiring a proactive and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
* Assist the Building Management team with supervising contractors, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
* Conduct regular patrols to maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation.
* Manage key distribution, visitor check-ins & parking, parcel deliveries, and other front-desk operations.
* Build strong relationships with residents and ensure their inquiries are handled efficiently.
About You
We are seeking a friendly, pro-active and professional candidate with experience in customer-facing roles, who is committed to delivering outstanding service
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in hotel front office, residential concierge, or a similar high customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Strong customer service mindset with a polished and professional presentation.
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Additional availability to assist across the portfolio is preferred but not essential.
Requirements
* This role requires a long-term commitment and a stable schedule.
* Candidates must have full work rights in Australia and be available for all required shifts on an ongoing basis.
* Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
* White Card (or willingness to obtain).
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
