Job Title:
A portfolio manager role is available in a selected department of the government, with responsibilities including operational management and high-level advice on asset management.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Assistant Director Operational Asset Management in various areas such as strategic asset planning, life-cycle management, budget planning, financial management, contract development and governance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational management of a selected portfolio of building assets
* Providing high-level advice on asset management
* Supporting the Assistant Director Operational Asset Management in strategic asset planning and life-cycle management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and balance time between doing the work and coaching, guiding and developing others.
