Zurich Assure, Zurich’s Australian life insurance advice business, as a
Senior General Advice Consultant
reporting to the
Head of General Advice. In this role you will support the General Advice team and customers directly, delivering high‑quality, phone‑based general advice.
You’ll guide new and existing customers through their life insurance decisions, helping them understand their options and make informed choices about appropriate cover. With a strong focus on customer experience, you will deliver advice in a clear, supportive, and efficient manner, ensuring each interaction builds trust and confidence.
As an SME in the General Advice team you will also assist the Head of General Advice by coaching team members, ensuring operations run efficiently and helping customers with more complex scenarios.

RG146 qualification required
Previous experience in retail life insurance highly regarded
A genuine interest in supporting and developing others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of precision and attention to detail
Great initiative and ability to prioritise
Experience and capability with using financial planning CRM systems highly regarded
