We are currently looking for an EHS Coordinator to join our WA business and help drive this culture of safety on an upcoming project in Perth.This role involves working with the project team to lead safety on site. Responsibilities include driving EHS performance, providing technical insights to identify issues and trends, monitoring compliance with Lendlease EHS protocols among staff and subcontractors, and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve safety performance.To be successful you will need:At least 5 years of experience in a Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS-related position within the construction industry.Experience with large-scale commercial and/or residential projects.Knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.Understanding of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally.About Lendlease:Lendlease Construction provides innovative project management, design, and construction services across various sectors, driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
