About Our Client Our client is a well-established distributor and developer of leading consumer brands across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong presence since 2000. What You Will Be Doing As a key member of the Operations and Customer Service Team, you will provide exceptional administrative support in an office-based service role. You will take ownership of credit administration, product return management, and technical support for all company brands. The role also includes handling freight claims, customer queries, and contributing to warehouse functions such as inbound, outbound, and stock management. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing returns from retailers and consumers Administering credit claims and documentation Testing and troubleshooting returned products Investigating and resolving delivery disputes Supporting internal sales and customer service teams via phone and email Assisting in operational tasks such as order picking, receipting containers, and stocktakes Driving process improvements to enhance service accuracy and efficiency Competencies Required Minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Service Representative or Technical Support role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis) High-level proficiency with PC and business systems applications Excellent communication, organisational, and documentation abilities Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What's on Offer A permanent full-time opportunity within a dynamic, supportive team A hands-on and varied role where you can genuinely make an impact Career development and training across operations, customer service, and product knowledge Be part of a collaborative company culture that values initiative and continuous improvement If you're an enthusiastic team player with a 'make it happen' attitude and advanced Excel capabilities, we'd love to hear from you.
